Educators and students at Malvern Prep worked with CreateAccess to build its microcourse materials, and then shared the materials with other Malvern Prep educators who facilitated the microcourses on their own.

Use freely available materials on the Microcourses Hub

You'll find written and video Learning Guides, resources for educators and facilitators, and foundational content that provides help getting started.

Collaborator Spotlight: Malvern Preparatory School
Collaborator Spotlight: UMass Boston

Our collaborators at UMass Boston used CreateAccess' Bring the Real World to Fortnite microcourse as a basis for a student assignment, and added a 3D printing lesson. For their final assignments, students had the option to create new microcourse content for us! They learned 3D creation skills by teaching others, and supported social impact through CreateAccess. Integrate microcourses into existing courses or programs

Use and adapt our materials however you would like! CreateAccess microcourses can stand alone, or be integrated into existing course curricula.

Collaborator Spotlight: Delco Boxing Academy

CreateAccess facilitated a microcourse for new creators training at Delco Boxing Academy that enabled them to create a boxing-themed Fortnite experience with photogrammetry models. Participants also received an introduction to personal 3D animations, and rigged an avatar to move with their own boxing moves!

Request an in-person microcourse

Let our team facilitate an in-person microcourse for your school or program. We can provide hands-on support for your creators to complete an existing microcourse, or work with you to design a custom microcourse workflow that engages your learner community.

(Greater Philadelphia and surrounding areas only)
Collaborator Spotlight: Upper Darby Arts & Education Foundation

UDAEF's MusicMan Academy educates young people through innovative music theory and composition experiences. Together with CreateAccess, UDAEF implemented a MusicMan program ("Sonic Sandbox") that taught students and their families to compose music using AI technology. CreateAccess then helped them import their compositions into Unreal Editor for Fortnite and configure devices so their compositions played when the Fortnite player approached a photogrammetry model of a musical instrument. The program introduced ways to make 3D experiences unique and personalized using professional 3D creator tools, and engaged families in dialogue about digital citizenship.
